I’m a father of two, a game designer, and a lover of games of all kinds. That’s me, up above, about 25 years ago, trying to come up with an insightful game criticism.
Years ago, I wrote this about this blog:
I also have way too many games. What with bundles, sales, and freebies, I’ve more than a thousand Steam games on my account. I can’t stop myself. I mean, I probably could, but I haven’t ever had to.
I never really know what to do with all those games. I try to play them, but there are just too many and it’s hard to pick a random one to play without the proper motivation. This is an attempt to give myself that motivation.
Every week, I’ll use steamroulette.net or randomsteamgame.com to pick a game for me. I’ll play it for several hours, then write about it. That’s what this is all about. Gaming and writing and letting a random number generator tell me what to do.
Nowadays, I usually just write up my favorite games each year.
Oh, and my last name is Dai and I like puns, so there’s that too.
